The Emergency Situation Certificates have the purpose of supporting the economic operators in the relations with the public institutions in order to obtain, in accordance with the law, support / measures measures or in the commercial relations, as a result of the economic, financial and social impact on their activity, determined by the dissemination. Emergency certificates will be issued in two forms: TYPE 1 (BLUE) – issued for applicants who request its grant based on the declaration on their own responsibility, which results in the total or partial interruption of the activity, following the decisions issued by the competent public authorities , according to the law, during the period of emergency state decreed; TYPE 2 (YELLOW) – issued for the applicants who request its granting on the basis of the declaration on their own responsibility which results in the recording of a decrease of the receipts in March 2020 with a percentage of at least 25% compared to from the average of the incomes from January to February 2020. The SSC is requested on the basis of a declaration on its own responsibility, by which the applicant assumes that all the data provided are complete, real and correct in every detail presented.
